Experience developing and executing tests using Selenium and Selenium Grid
Hands on experience scripting with a high level language such as Python or Perl
Able to execute back-end database validations using SQL
Hands on experience working in a Linux environment
Isolate, reproduce, and track bugs and verify fixes
Write up clear and concise defect reports in bug tracking system. Run bug queries and produce bug reports
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Pluses:

Experience scripting in Perl
Experience with unit testing and maintaining a continuous integration environment
