PHP ZEND Developer - full-time positions X 3

Our client is a Leading Web Based Marketing and Advertising Company, operating globally with their Head Office in Croydon, London. They work in close partnership with international brands to deliver substantial sales volumes for them.
Full-time position
Salary budget- 35-40-50 k and above depending on experience and level.

The major responsibilities of the Senior PHP Developer will be:
• working with a team of Web developers to design, develop, and debug Web applications
• contributing future framework development, educating and mentoring the Web development team
• Using creativity to innovate new products (APIs, wizards, tools, controls) to enhance Web user experience
• Keeping up with new Internet standards and Web technologies
Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
• Expertise in working with PHP and MySQL in ZEND framework.
• Proficiency with front-end scripting including: HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JQuery
• Familiarity with different MVC frameworks for PHP
• Able to demonstrate excellent use of PHP5 with proven skills in developing, maintaining ad adapting PHP applications and web-based tools, including XML manipulation (both parsing and writing)
and experience with XML based applications and protocols.
Strong knowledge of OOP, Able to use API and Web Services.
• Should have Strong Knowledge of how Affiliate Link System Works
• Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design
• Knowledge of subversion (SVN)
• Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and marketing (SEM)
• Exposure to other server-side scripting languages such as JSP, ASP, CFM
• Familiarity with the LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Desired Experience:
• 2-5 years professional web development experience
• Conversant with accessibility guidelines with previous experience of developing accessible web sites that fully comply with the W3C - WCAG standards
