We need a Web Support Analyst / .NET Technical Support Analyst to join a successful full service digital agency based in the centre of historic St Albans which is just 20 minutes from London.
Joining a fast growing, exciting business our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner who work at the forefront of the digital industry. Since 1995 their strategic, creative and technical solutions have assisted leading businesses develop highly effective and engaging online experiences.
The Web Support Analyst / Technical Support Analyst will play an integral role within the web support team who provide full technical support to clients regarding website issues. In more detail, you will:
• Deliver the support required to resolve faults and issues (normally with the .NET or HTML code.)
• Evaluate website faults and issues raised by clients to diagnose solutions.
• Monitor and use an internal support ticketing system.
• Communicate with the client before, during and after your work.
• Provide a technical escalation point for other Support Analysts.
• Assist the Head of Technical Support in planning the development and improvement of the support department.
To qualify, we are seeking a friendly, communicative and dedicated Support Analyst with a natural desire to provide first class technical support and work within a close knit team environment. Your key technical skills will need to include exposure to ASP.net, Microsoft C# and HTML.
Any exposure to: EPiServer CMS, IT Networking, SQL Server, (X)HTML / CSS or IIS 6/7 is advantageous.
