You will be joining a fast growing, independent digital agency working with great clients such as Channel 4, ITV, e-skills UK, Monitise and Discovery Channel. Specialising in digital design and build, and online marketing our client is ISO 9001 accredited and renowned for delivering projects to the highest and tightest standards.

The primary aim of the UX Developer will be to work with project teams to deliver top quality, compliant user interfaces across a range of platforms and devices. You will be required to bridge the gap between design and technology to ensure that the end user experience is the best it can be, so expect to be involved with:

• Implementation of application user interfaces for websites, touchscreens and mobile.
• Co-ordination and specification of front-end coding standards across the company.
• Ensuring that accessibility, compliance and compatibility standards are met.
• Producing functional design documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Helping to manage the technical delivery of projects.
• Understanding and implementing SEO and analytics to measure and help improve applications.

Using your strong knowledge in user-centred design, accessibility and web standards it will be up to you to create brilliant user interfaces, compliant code from creative designs and fully working functional prototypes from client briefs.

To qualify we are seeking a UX Developer / Web Developer / UI Developer or similar with excellent hands on experience building engaging and intuitive UIs with HTML/XHTML, CSS, AJAX and JavaScript. Exposure to PHP and MySQL is also required to tie in database functionality.
