full time .NET Web Developer

.NET Web Developer Responsibilities:
•Design, develop and maintain code primarily written in C#, .NET Framework, working independently and as a project contributor
•Maintain and improve existing systems in C# and VB.NET and perform product customizations
•Utilize ProClarity and SharePoint to complete a variety of IT projects that include varying levels of difficulty and scheduled deadlines
•Communicate better strategies, alternatives for existing solutions as well as new proposals.
•Participate in project status meetings as required and provide project status updates
•Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolutions of any project issues
•Develop all appropriate tests to benchmark performance of components and tools

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
•6+ years of multitier enterprise web development using Microsoft .NET platform (preferred) or Java, including demonstrated Lead Developer responsibilities within large, distributed architectures
•In-depth knowledge of AJAX, XML/XSLT, and JavaScript
•In-depth knowledge and experience in SQL Server – including Analysis services and reporting services
•Solid foundation working with Business Objects, MS ProClarity & SharePoint
•Experience with Object Oriented Programming techniques including Design Patterns, Refactoring, and Agile development methodologies
•Experience designing complex applications and reusable components
•Excellent troubleshooter and problem solver
.NET Web Developer Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics
•Very strong knowledge of C#
•Microsoft Certifications are strongly preferred
•Experience developing integrated solutions with SharePoint
•Experience with Business Objects, MS ProClarity or very similar technologies
•6+ years of hands-on web programming experience working with toolsets
•Strong knowledge of Relational database and OLAP concepts, specifically Microsoft's product offerings
