Summary:
The Flex Developer´s role is to deliver leading Rich Internet Applications to help expand our online product offering and offer our customers a richer user experience.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business managers, User Experience engineers and Technical Lead to design RIA solutions.
Work with server and client development teams to build inter-operative products that scale with our clients’ growth.
Write great documentation and provide ample “testability”
Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
Requirements:
At least 3-4 years’ experience developing interactive client-side applications with 1 years commercial Flex experience.
Excellent knowledge of ActionScript 3.
Experience of integrating Web Services and Remoting technologies.
Object Oriented Programming knowledge and experience.
Experience of using at least one framework like Cairngorn, Swiz or Prana.
Experience of BlazeDS, LiveCycle or similar a plus.
Great communication skills.
A passion for organized, agile development.
Demonstrated knowledge of version control tools (eg. CVS, SVN)
Knowledge and experience of build tools like Maven.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both collaboratively and with limited supervision
