JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER / DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER– LONDON

JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER / DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER– LONDON (REF: PR-000A7U, Closing Date: 01/02/2010)
We need a Junior Project Manager to join one of the UK’s market leaders in producing and distributing interactive video-based content for digital and terrestrial TV, IPTV, web and mobile all under one roof.
Joining this award winning and NMA top 100 organisation this role presents a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Project Manager / Digital Project Manager to join a dynamic team environment made up of exceptional creative, technical and management talent.
As a Junior Project Manager you will work with established personnel in managing the full project lifecycle on exciting digital projects, covering requirement gathering to budgetary control and workflow management. In time, expect to become an established Project Manager working within a role that encompasses all of the following:
• Interpreting clients brief and translating these into clearly defined deliverables including comprehensive documentation (project schedules etc).
• Defining the scope and timings of projects.
• Constantly seek out new ways to enhance and add value to any proposed digital concepts.
• Managing internal and external team resources.
• Ensuring that creative and technical quality is upheld throughout the project management process.
• Working closely with in-house developers.
In return we are seeking a Junior Project Manager capable of being self sufficient whilst working with Digital Projects that range from £30-400k+. Possessing some previous experience of managing web projects you should be a good communicator that is highly organised with a can-do attitude and a personable approach to people. Any prior experience gained whilst working within a digital / new media /web agency would be advantageous.
On a lighter note, this is a lively, energetic and friendly team environment where you will be bouncing ideas off one another and by the end of the first hour you will well and truly feel like part of the team.
