Senior Flash ActionScript Developer (On-site)

We have a full-time staff opening for a Senior Flash ActionScript Developer to develop and implement interfaces for large scale web sites. The individual will be responsible for bringing a project to life, thus, applicants must show strong understanding of web functionality, animation, usability, and optimization. This position is full-time or freelance to full-time.
Qualifications
• Strong ActionScript 3.0 required
• Adobe Flex experience, a plus
• Coded animation experience (timeline a plus)
• Understanding of OOP, web optimization practices and examples to prove it
• Experience with IDE (e.g., Eclipse), version control (e.g., SVN) and QA (e.g., Mantis) tools required
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to stay focused and deliver on time and on budget
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Three years experience in an agency environment (although exceptional work can make up for lack of agency experience)
• BS in Computer Science, applicable experience considered
