This is a full time, on-site, salaried position is located in Syosset, NY (Long Island) paying $60,000-$100,000. No telecommuting allowed. US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD or CAN only please. Local candidates who can commute to and from Syosset, NY only please. The Syosset LIRR stop is 1.5 miles to our client’s office where a $3-5 cab can be obtained with ease if needed.

Our client is a full service advertising agency, with an emphasis on web-centric clients. Their Web site development efforts include e-commerce, B2B, B2C, intranet and extranet applications.

They are looking for a talented Web Programmer with a solid background in ColdFusion and SQL.

The candidate will be responsible for architecting and developing sophisticated solutions for our clients, with an emphasis on usability, performance and security. The candidate must have two years experience as a Web Programmer or two years experience analyzing, developing and implementing Web based applications. Must be proficient in ColdFusion, HTML, JavaScript, ASP and SQL Server – basic data modeling, stored procedures, SQL statements, triggers, replication, and advanced features.

The candidate must have:

• Proficiency in ColdFusion, HTML, JavaScript, ASP and SQL.
• 2 years experience as a Web Programmer or two years experience analyzing, developing and implementing Web based applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.
