Team Lead – C#/.Net Focus
As Team Lead for one of the fastest growing companies in the triangle you will be responsible for being hands on with C# and .Net development, as well as leading a small team of top notch developers. You will be able to take complete pride in the products you are producing for customers. This position will allow you continued challenge and the opportunity to play a vital role in the growth of this up and coming business. Read below for the technical details!
Main Responsibilities:
• Leading and mentoring a small team that designs and codes an incredibly high quality product using the latest C# and .Net technologies
• Helping with the team’s technical/production deliverables while working with other product team members to refine and establish new product requirements
• Contributing to the overall technical architecture
• Orchestrating the day-to-day activities of the development team
• Perform daily development tasks using your expertise in object-oriented design and architecture
Required Skills:
• At least 7 years of overall industry development experience and 4 years minimum in C#, .NET technologies
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership position within a development team of 5 or more
• Ability to drive team performance, establish team morale, and mentor junior developers
• Proven understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, and development processes
• Minimum of 4 years experience in relational database design and modeling using MS SQL Server 2000/2005 and extensive programming experience in SQL
• Proven experience in web based user interface design using ASP.NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, SOA, XML, XSL, etc.)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and agile development environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
A Leg Up:
• .NET 3.5
• Microsoft Entity Framework, NHibernate
• Microsoft Office Development SDK.
