Our client located in Roseland, NJ is looking for a Web Developer. This is a consult to hire position.

Location: Roseland, NJ
Type: Consult to Hire
Term: 2 Months Minimum Before Becoming a Perm Employee
Rate: Please Submit Rate Preferences
Start Date: ASAP

Experience:

• At least 1 year experience in a professional environment
• .NET certification (s) or prior experience with .NET

Skills:

• Must have solid understanding of basic tenets of web development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic T-SQL and database querying / design fundamentals.
• Candidate must exhibit strong problem solving skills.
• A financial/accounting background is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL Reporting Services a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Entry level position assuming more of a utility role.
• Assigned modular tasks across multiple projects.
• Adhere to all outlined departmental coding standards (UI, code, reporting, SQL).
• Work with and learn from seasoned members of the development team.
